Jack joins the Treehouse Project at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre

As part of Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's focus on formalised artist development, Jack is joining the Treehouse Project. With masterclasses, mentoring, and office space, he'll be researching for our next project which reimagines the legend of King Arthur as the UK creeps closer to a far-right government, currently titled arthur ii.

The Treehouse Project is supported by the Nöel Coward Foundation. Fellow participants are Afsaneh Gray, Sara Aniqah Malik, Anya Pearson, Rose Sall Sao, and NJ Westerman.
Catherine receives ACE funding for R&D

Boal & Company are excited to announce that Catherine has received Arts Council England funding for an R&D at Battersea Arts Centre across May and June 2025. A work-in-progress performance will take place on the 3rd of May 2025 at Battersea Arts Centre.

Jack joins the Untitled Cohort at Theatre in The Mill

Jack will be working on the research stage for our new show Catherine. With mentoring and peer-to-peer feedback, this opportunity continues Jack's development as an artist working across the country. Theatre in The Mill is a powerhouse of creativity and research in Bradford where they are ever-evolving brave critics with diverse perspectives.
Thatcher-Rite heads on tour with ACE funding

Our debut show is heading on tour to Nottingham, Lincon, London, and Sheffield. With funding support from Arts Council England, the tour will now include workshops for children and LGBTQ+ theatre makers.
Jack is selected for the UK New Artist Collective

As part of national open call, Jack and 17 other artists have been selected to share practices and undertake residencies over a year-long programme. Each artist in the cohort receives a bursary along with opportunities to present and create new work, and work deeply in the place through micro-residencies exploring themes and creating connectivity.
